*HON. ENGR. AKARACHI AMADI TRIUMPHS AGAIN AS COURT OF APPEAL UPHELD THE JUDGEMENT OF THE TRIBUNAL.*

The court of appeal sitting in Abuja has upheld the judgement of the tribunal which went in favour of the Honourable Member Representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi.

Delivering  judgement, the judges upheld the decision of the tribunal by quashing the petition brought by the opposition for lacking merit. 

This is another victorious fit for the people's legislator.
